1. Scope
These Terms apply to DahaSeri modular ERP software, integrations (including Amazon SP-API, Trendyol, Logo), the website at dahaseri.com, and related support services. Provider: DahaSeri, Bursa, Turkey. Legal entity and tax details appear on contracts and invoices; contact info@dahaseri.com.
2. Service description
DahaSeri is enterprise business software for inventory, finance, e-commerce operations, and marketplace connectivity. Amazon SP-API features operate only within seller-authorized roles in Seller Central. DahaSeri is an independent software provider and is not an official Amazon partner.
3. Accounts
- Users must provide accurate account and company information.
- Credentials and OAuth tokens must be kept confidential.
- Multi-tenant isolation restricts each customer to their own company data.
4. Pricing
DahaSeri is paid enterprise software. Pricing is quote-based after demo and scope review. Reference tiers: Amazon SP-API pricing. Third-party licenses (e.g. Logo) and hosting may be billed separately.
5. Acceptable use
- Lawful business use only.
- Marketplace data may not be sold, used for unauthorized profiling, or shared outside authorized operations.
- No abuse, security probing, or unauthorized access attempts.

8. Limitation of liability
Marketplace API outages, third-party platform changes, and customer-side accounting configuration are outside our control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and contract.
9. Governing law
Turkish law applies. Courts in Bursa, Turkey have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
