1. Introduction
DahaSeri (dahaseri.com) provides a modular enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and marketplace integrations for sellers in Turkey and internationally. This policy applies to visitors, customers, and authorized users of our website, cloud services, and desktop applications.
2. Data controller

3. Data we collect
- Account data: Name, email, phone, company name, tax identifiers
- Usage data: Login history, module usage, audit logs, support tickets
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, session cookies
- Marketplace integration data: OAuth tokens, orders, inventory, product catalog
- Amazon SP-API Restricted PII: Buyer name, shipping and billing addresses, email, tax information — only when the seller authorizes our application and Amazon grants Restricted roles (e.g. Tax Invoicing) for order fulfillment and invoicing
4. How we use data
- Provide ERP, reporting, and integration services
- Process orders, generate invoices (Logo e-Arsiv / corporate billing), sync stock and shipments
- Security monitoring, incident response, and legal compliance
- Marketing communications where consent is given
5. Third parties
We share data only with processors required to deliver the service: hosting providers, Amazon SP-API, marketplace APIs, accounting (Logo) integrations, and carriers. We do not sell personal data. Amazon processing is subject to Amazon's privacy notice.
6. Retention
Order-level PII in the application layer is generally retained 91 to 180 days after shipment unless a longer period is required by law or the customer's contract. Invoice records may be retained in Logo / e-Arsiv per Turkish tax law. See Data Processing Policy.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, role-based access, tenant isolation, security headers, least-privilege production access, and backups. Details: Data Security.
8. Your rights
